Property Policies

No Smoking (Outside Only, All Cigarette Butts MUST be disposed of properly)
Sorry no Pets (unless previously ok’d by property manager)
All Guests MUST be Registered
No Visitors of Guests
No Loud Music or Parties
No Illegal Activity in House or on Premises
No More than 2 Boats (23′ or less in length) may be tied up to the boat dock at any time
 
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is anytime after 3pm.

Check-out time is 11am

We are happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, if possible and requested. There will be a $25 per 1/2 hour that you occupy the house if a late check-out is not approved.

Please be kind and treat the house as if it were your own. The house and grounds must be left in the same condition as it were upon check-in. If anything is damaged at the house caused by the misuse of guest(s) or stolen, the guest(s) shall be responsible for the full amount of damage or value of item(s) stolen. If cleaning beyond the “normal” range is required, a charge of $50.00 shall be charged. If you choose to use the kitchen for cooking, please be kind and leave it the way you found it. A $50.00 fee shall be charged for lost or unreturned keys. Please ensure the following check-out procedures are met:

Strip all sheets from beds used and place by front door.
Put all used towels by front door.
Bag all trash and put in outside trash cans.
Leave kitchen cleaned and any food removed from refrigerator/freezer. 
Place any moved furniture and/or furnishings back to their original place.
Place key back where it was found when you arrived.

**If all the above are not completed at check-out, a $50.00 fee may be charged.**

Cancellation Policy

Your card will be charged one half of your total rental and fees upon our receipt of this contract. The remainder of your reservation will be charged two weeks prior to your arrival. Once charged payments are non-refundable. If less than 15 days notice of cancellation is given the FULL AMOUNT of the reservation will be charged.  If you leave early, or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.  Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person).  No voicemails or emails will be accepted for cancellations.
